Time once again for my weekly weigh-in.
This morning’s 3PS weight was 201.6.

Current weight: 201.6
Total lost: 23.2
Last weight: 202.8
1 week difference: -1.2
Not great but not bad considering that I spent two days on planes, ate Mexican food, ate pizza, ate sashimi as well as my normal fare.
I’m not sure how well next week will go, but I do hope I can get below 200. The challenges will be dinner Saturday night (Andrea and I have a date to see Seinfeld in Durham) and Valentine’s Day (I’m cooking beef for the first time this year) but I hope to be back on track by the next weigh-in.
