Pretty normal – I’m losing a steady three pounds a week. If things go well, this should be an great week since I’ll break 192 (my marriage weight) and 190, which will put me at the high end of normal BMI versus the low end of overweight BMI.
Note to my one reader who is easily confused by math: I lost 3.4 pounds in a week but only 1.2 pounds from when I posted about being “down 30” a couple of days ago at 194.0.
I was a little scared about my progress this week, since I jumped back up to 194.8 (and then down again to 194.0). It’s normal and I should expect it, but it has been rare for me to “tick up” at all and I was worried that I’d hit my “natural” weight well before my target. However, it still is kind of cool to meet up with people who haven’t seen me in awhile and to stare at their shocked expressions.
