My friend Bob, who bought the Prius, was diagnosed with high blood pressure over a year ago. Deciding that he had to get more exercise, he bought a bike and started pedaling his way to health one mile at a time.

He actually enjoyed it, and he has been going farther and farther, doing his first “century” (100 miles) on the first day of this year’s MS-150.

Last year he participated in Cycle North Carolina, which is a 400+ mile ride across the state. For some reason he decided to do it again, and managed to get in the newspaper.
