Today I was introduced to a site called “How to be a Retronaut” that featured a story from CNet about the discovery of two skeletons found “locked in an eternal embrace”.

Not much is known about the skeletons, except that they are presumed to be from the Neolithic period and because both had their teeth it is assumed that they were young. The fact that they were discovered near Verona, the setting of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” just makes the story better.

I found the image quite touching, and rather appropriate for Valentine’s Day.
