Yes, I’m on the road once again, this time to Chicago. At least the temperatures are in double digits.
I tend to fly on American Airlines and their plane of choice is a McDonald-Douglas Super 80. This plane has two exit rows, with row 21 being the second one (the window seats in row 20 don’t recline). The layout is 2-3, two seats, an aisle, and three seats.
I like having the extra legroom so I almost always end up getting seat 21F. Not only is it a window, the fact that there is also a middle seat means that part of the time there is no one in it (which happened this trip). Here’s the view:
