When I work from the office, I try to get out and walk a couple of miles once a day.
Today I didn’t bring my lunch, so I decided to walk to Angelina’s Kitchen, and a few of my coworkers decided to join me.
I didn’t realize it, but I walk fast, and I had to leave them behind. When we left, Matt asked how far it was, so I decided to use the little GPS app I have on my phone.
Looks like I book along at about 4 mph. Not bad. Not sure I could keep it up for hours and hours, but that seems to be my natural speed. While I don’t think it causes me to lose tons of weight, walking seems to give me energy and I feel better when I have to return to my desk.
